  • 1: Download the SORBA App for free from your favorite app store. The app will be available to download by April 1, 2025.

    2: On April 1st you will receive an email from noreply@hivepass.app with a link to setup your new account. This email will have instructions on how to set up your account to continue your SORBA chapter membership. 

    3: Just like that, you’re in the app and continue to support your local chapter AND SORBA. You can start enjoying all of the benefits that brings.

    4: Your information will be transferred over to the new system (name, address, etc.). This is a good time to review your contact information and make sure everything we have in the system is current. We WILL NOT transfer your credit card information as we do not keep this information on file. 

    5: When it comes time to renew, please continue to support your local chapter and SORBA by entering your payment information and choosing your preferred membership type.

    2: Open th    e app and enter your name and email address, set a password and select ‘Create Account’.
    NOTE: If yo    u already belong to another organization that uses Hivepass, when you enter your email address, Hivepass with recognize you and you just need to log in and then select ‘join other organizations’ from the side menu.

Mountain biking advocacy and trails have come a long way over the years! With more and more diverse trail experiences that fit the skills of a variety of riders, the Fall Membership Drive is an excellent opportunity to take part in our unique community built around our local trails.

Quality trails and communities don’t magically appear, they happen because of Trail Champions like you and all the other dedicated members and volunteers. Great trails help continue to grow the great community mountain biking has built.

Want to keep your money strictly local?

While our portion of membership dues only cover a small portion of our operating budget, being a chapter of SORBA provides our organization with insurance coverage, resources for chapter development, and the ability to represent mountain bikers in high level advocacy conversations with state and regional officials.

Some folks aren’t as interested in the regional and national advocacy and are more motivated to keep their dollars as local as possible. We also provide an opportunity to donate directly to Upstate SORBA, in which case we receive 100% of the donation.
